AAF-CC Announces Officers and Board of Directors for 2012-2013
The American Advertising
Federation Corpus Christi Chapter (AAF-CC) announces their officers and board
of directors for the club year, which runs Aug. 1, 2013, through July 31, 2013.
Officers for 2012-2013
include Georgiana Luna, president; Melinda Eddleman, first vice president;
Amanda Sanchez, second vice president; and Yvonne Olvey, treasurer. Lauren
Clayton is the club’s executive secretary.
The board of directors includes
Rodney Brown, Lisa Dombroski, Jeff Garcia, Rick Geiter, Sara Martisek Hinton
and Katelyn
McInerney. Ex-officio members are Amanda Garcia and Brad Snyder. Alan Bligh
with the Better Business Bureau is AAF-CC’s legislative liaison.
The American Advertising Federation is the only
professional association that binds together the mutual interests of corporate
advertisers, advertising agencies, media companies, suppliers and academia.
The 50,000 national members of the AAF share a
commitment to make advertising a positive force in America’s economy and
culture. Members are advocates for the rights of advertisers and work to
educate policy makers, the news media and the general public about the value
that advertising brings to the well-being of the nation and the world. At the
same time, the organization respects the right of the public to truth in
advertising and strives to represent these interests through education and
self-regulation within the industry.
