Advertising has changed dramatically over the past decade. One-way communication between brands and consumers has become a two-way conversation – and it’s a tough conversation for many organizations to handle. Identifying legitimate opportunities online or in social media is just the beginning. Hanna will reveal the secrets to teaching old brands new tricks – and the results that make it all worthwhile.

Hanna develops results-driven digital brand strategies for companies and nonprofit organizations throughout the Southwest. His innovative approach to web applications, social media, digital media, eCommerce and interactive marketing drives consumer engagement and builds brands.

Hanna’s work and the interactive team at Balcom continue to be recognized as some of the best in the country. Recent awards include “Best of Show Interactive” at the 2008 AAF Fort Worth ADDY Awards, along with a 2008 AAF National ADDY Award.
